Please Sir, I want S’more: Raspberry Indoor Smores

These s’mores were a bit of a revelation for me. I had no idea they were so easy to make indoors, and I had no idea what a difference one tart, fresh raspberry would make. This is certainly my simplest recipe yet, but give it a try. Great for a summer party!

  • Graham crackers!
  • Marshmallows!
  • Raspberries!
  • A bar or two of milk or dark chocolate (dark is probably better).
  1. Set your oven to a high broil.
  2. On a large cookie sheet, lay out a bunch of graham crackers. Place 1 marshmallow per cracker on 50% of the grahams. Place about 2 squares of chocolate per cracker on the other 50%.
  3. Broil for about 1 minute, or until the marshmallow is turning golden brown on top and the chocolate is melting.
  4. Let them cool for a minute or so. Then build sandwiches, adding 1 raspberry to each.
